Returns policy

The user has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 24 hours from the date of receipt of the goods or from the date on which a third party designated by the user, who is not a carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To waive your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email.

We will make the refund no later than 24 hours from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used to place your order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.

Return Conditions: In order for goods to be eligible for return, you must ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 24 hours
The following goods cannot be returned:

Delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Delivery of goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, for example, goods that spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.
Delivery of goods that, once delivered, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other objects.
We reserve the right to refuse to return any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift upon purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to himself or herself to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
